Work done for Avaloq, where the goal of this project was to improve the Bank's Client Onboarding process and streamline the Relationship Manager (RM) workflow through automation. By reducing manual tasks and expediting compliance checks, the solution allowed RMs to focus on higher-value activities. The project included user personas analysis, user flow proposals, onboarding automation processes, prototyping, and client presentations.

Paruolo, one of the largest fashion companies in Latin America, needed a complete redesign of their e-commerce platform. The project included creating detailed flow charts and user flow proposals, conducting extensive research and benchmarking, and developing wireframes. We redesigned critical elements such as the home page, product grid, checkout process, product cards, and filters to enhance user experience. The project also focused on responsive design, ensuring seamless functionality across both desktop and mobile platforms, and included full prototyping.

For Whirlpool, we executed a comprehensive redesign of their e-commerce platform across both desktop and mobile, aiming to enhance user experience and streamline transactions. Key elements of the project included:

• Creation of Banners and Special Landing Pages: Developed dynamic promotional banners and landing pages tailored to specific campaigns.

• Development of Employee and Partner E-commerce Websites: Created dedicated platforms for Whirlpool’s employees and partners to facilitate internal transactions.

• Heat Map Analysis: Analyzed user interactions via heat maps to identify and address pain points within the user journey.

• Flow Charts & User Flow Proposals: Mapped and optimized user flows, particularly focusing on the checkout process for a smoother experience.

• Responsive Promo Landing Pages: Designed fully responsive landing pages to enhance performance on all devices.

• Enhanced Navigation & Search: Improved the side navigation menu and search functionality for better product discovery.

• Checkout & Credit Card Section Optimization: Streamlined the checkout process, with a specific focus on the credit card section to ensure a secure and user-friendly transaction flow.
