Terms of payments.

Payments for Branding and Web Design Services on Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, Wordpress and Teachable.

Payments for services from clients residing in Italy, Switzerland, or other European countries can be made via bank transfer, which will be solely responsible for the data provided by the buyer, as this information is not shared with “The Owner” at any point. “The Owner” will send the client/buyer the necessary bank details but will not be responsible for or manage any errors in their issuance. Any issues related to the payment or misuse of such data will be the sole responsibility of the Bank.

Payments from clients residing outside of Europe can be made via TransferWise, Stripe, or PayPal, which will be solely responsible for the data provided by the buyer, as this information is not shared with “The Owner” at any point. “The Owner” will send the client/buyer the necessary bank details or payment link but will not be responsible for or manage any errors in their issuance. Any issues related to the payment or misuse of such data will be the sole responsibility of TransferWise, Stripe, or PayPal.

Taxes and Invoicing

All taxes and charges related to the service will be clearly indicated before payment, with the corresponding invoice provided. The invoice will detail all applicable taxes and charges.

If the client resides in Italy, or within the European Union, a valid invoice will be issued once the payment has been completed.
