The Rise of Digital Services and the Offline Reality
The rise of digital services has transformed all facets of life—improving customer experiences, driving social progress, and supporting environmental sustainability. But what happens in real life when everything shifts online? What happens to the offline world?
It often feels like we’re living more of our lives online. We work from home, study remotely, and can resolve almost anything through digital platforms. Yet, life itself is offline—we are humans, and our essence lies in interacting with the world physically, not just through a screen.
So, how can we, as UX Product Designers, help companies raise their digital services to truly meet user needs?
The answer lies in understanding the user’s entire environment. It’s not enough to create the most efficient online service—we need to consider the life of the person using that service.
Whether it’s a company, a university, or a bank, the service must align with the user’s real-world context and purpose.
Developing a high-impact digital service involves more than just technology—it integrates the service, the user, and the environment.
At @good, we believe this is our primary focus. We help companies, start-ups, and entrepreneurs to give the user the best experience.
But how do we build this? We start by working closely with our clients through workshops, identifying their main goals and the pain points of their services.
We also use research platforms and conduct user tests to gain deep insights into both users and consumers... and why not take it a step further? By putting ourselves in the users' shoes, we can live through their experiences and truly understand their challenges.
